Bracknell Town manager Bobby Wilkinson says his side face a daunting task when they meet Haringey Borough in the third qualifying round of the Emirates FA Cup at Coles Park Stadium in White Hart Lane tonight (7.45pm ko).

“I went up to Haringey last Monday (they beat East Thurrock United 3-1) and they looked a very good side going forward – one of the best I’ve seen for some time. I knew they were a good side but didn’t realise how good they were,” he said.

“They are very competitive and show great movement, they will be a very hard team to beat. But I have a game plan and we will do the best we can and see where we go from there.”

While Bracknell were crushing Chalfont St Peter 4-0 at home on Saturday, Haringey were winning 3-0 at Brightlingsea Regent in the Isthmian Premier Division. Their fourth win in five games lifted them into second place on goal difference, with Worthing top and Cheshunt third, all three teams on 12 points.

The Robins had more than 70 fans cheering them on when they won 2-1 at Chertsey last Tuesday and they are hoping for another good following tonight, although getting to Tottenham is a more arduous journey than getting to Chertsey.

Admission prices will be £10 adults, £5 concessions with accompanied under 16’s free. Cash admission at the turnstiles will be available.

Slough Town are also in FA Cup action, the Rebels host fellow Vanarama National League South side Bath City at Arbour Park in a match that will again be behind closed doors. Details of how supporters can watch the live stream are on the club website here.

The same competition sees Holyport taking on Risborough Rangers, Wokingham & Emmbrook home to Chinnor and Woodley United visiting Wantage Town Development.

In the Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League, second-from-top Ascot United take on mid-table Cobham at the Racecourse Ground (7.45pm).

On Monday night, Maidenhead United won their first game of the season at Wrexham. A full list of all the midweek Berkshire fixtures is here.
