Woodley United drawn away in Berks & Bucks County Cup

Woodley United’s reward for their 4-1 victory over Finchampstead in the Berks & Bucks County Cup third round is a trip to East Berks Football League Premier Division side FC Beaconsfield.

The Kestrels are on a high from defeating league leaders and reigning champions Penn & Tylers Green on Saturday in the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East – and will go into the County Cup fourth round as one of the favourites.

United are one of three Hellenic League sides left in the competition along with Penn and Didcot Town Reserves – the rest coming from the North Berks, East Berks and Thames Valley football leagues.

Beaconsfield are fifth in the East Berks Premier on 10 points, but could go third if they win their three games in hand.

In the previous round Charlie Oakley scored twice and their were goals for Josh Drew and Greg Beckett while Beaconsfield beat Richings Park 1-0.

The fixtures are due to be played on Saturday 3rd December 2016.
