The Jersey Bulls are coming to Berkshire!

Eversley & California play host to the Channel Island side on Friday night

On Friday night, Jersey Bulls, arguably the most successful step 6 side of 2019/20, jet in to Berkshire to face Eversley & California in a Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Division One fixture.

The Bulls had posted maximum points after 27 games of the season, winning 81 points, scoring 99 goals and conceding just seven in the process.

So it’s a big task that awaits Matthew Angell’s men when the Channel Island side head to Fox Lane for Friday night Combined Counties League football, but it’s one the Boars certainly rose to last season.

There was no fixture at Eversley, but the Boars played some good football in Jersey and taking a 9th minute lead – the first goal the Bulls had conceded at home – before ultimately suffering a 5-1 defeat before a reported crowd of 747.

As with any Friday night game, a good attendance is expected at Eversley, and the club are encouraging supporters and groundhoppers wishing to attend, to purchase tickets and programmes in advance which they can do here.
