Sandhurst Town reveal new club sponsorship

Fizzers looking ahead to 110th year

Cherry Red Records Combined Counties League Division One side Sandhurst Town have revealed a new club sponsor.

The SB Group, who also sponsor Bracknell Town and is run by the Robins chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse, were revealed as the Fizzers new sponsors on a social media post on Tuesday morning.

The tweet includes a statement from Sandhurst chairman Tony Dean who says: “Now we are all taking an enforced break from football, there are a lot of exciting things happening in the background here at Sandhurst Town FC. We want to mark our 110th year as a Football Club with something that will ensure we are still here to celebrate our 150th year and beyond.”

Speaking to Football in Berkshire, Dean confirmed the club had agreed a sponsorship deal with The SB Group.

The Fizzers saw manager Michael Herbert depart for Hellenic League side Penn & Tylers Green in recent weeks, but have a relationship with Bracknell dating back to the Robins temporary move to Bottom Meadow while Larges Lane was redeveloped during the 2016/17 season.
