A statement from Bracknell Town Football Club has confirmed the Larges Lane side has parted company with manager Geoff Warner.
Warner took over in November 2018 after Carl Davies decision to step back from his player manager role and led the Robins to the semi finals of the Velocity Trophy, a runners up spot in the Bostik League South Central Division One and the division’s play off final where they were beaten 3-0 by Cheshunt on Saturday at Larges Lane.

A statement on the Bracknell Town twitter account reads: “Bracknell Town today confirm it’s decision to part company with Geoff Warner First Team Head Coach with immediate effect.
“The Club has decided to revert back to a more traditional First Team Management structure and will begin the formal search to identify and assess potential candidates for the managerial position.
“No time scale has been placed on the process and Bracknell Town FC will make no further statement until a new first team manager is appointed.
“BTFC Chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse said: “Geoff will forever be part of Bracknell Town folklore after being part of the coaching team that brought home 4 trophies and promotion to step 4, it has been an incredible 3 years however we feel now is the time for the club to make a fresh start and uild for the next phase.”
