Seb Bowerman was at it again on Saturday afternoon as Bracknell Town beat neighbours Ascot United 3-2 in the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League at Larges Lane.

Bowerman has become the penalty taker for the Robins this season and tucked away yet another for Mark Tallentire’s side at the weekend – giving Bracknell a 3-1 lead against 10-man Ascot.

The Robins winger has been in fine form from 12 yards this season, holding his nerve with spot kicks against Thatcham Town and Thame United – as well as a memorable hat-trick of strikes against Shrivenham
