The Maidenhead Advertiser’s Joshua Browne is up for a Berkshire Football Award in the category of Correspondent of the Season.
One nomination for the award said: “Josh has provided unparalleled football coverage throughout the season. His work is prompt, insightful and above all, factually accurate. He is a credit to Berkshire and the Maidenhead Advertiser, where he works. I particularly enjoy his frank and honest interviews with managers. I don’t see any other journalists on the patch speak to managers directly after games as Josh does. His newsletters are also a fabulous read, with plenty of variety. He is destined for great things in the industry.”
Another added: “Good knowledge of a wide range of sports, football in particular. Unbiased and enthusiastic reporting.”
