Vanarama National League South boss Scott Davies has confirmed the departure of midfielder Aaron Kuhl to a Vanarama National League side saying the move ‘works for all parties’.

Kuhl – a graduate of the Reading FC academy – will head up a division to Dorking Wanderers after being released from his contract at Arbour Park.

Writing on the Slough Town website, Davies said: “The opportunity to join Dorking Wanderers was put to Kuhly and he expressed his desire to play at the next level. With him being injured at this moment in time, to release him from his contract works for all parties involved as he would have most likely departed at the expiration of his deal at the end of April.”

Kuhl initially joined Slough in 2019 from Basingstoke Town, making 78 appearances and scoring eight goals.

The midifelder played in the Championship for Reading as an 18-year-old and earned England caps at under 19 and under 20 level.
