Hellenic League Reading City have announced another four players signing for Simon Johnson’s men for the 2020/2021 season.

Off the pitch, Johnson has confirmed Jaz Saundh will join as physiotherapist while Rhys York has been appointed goalkeeper coach.

Former Flackwell Heath and Windsor midfielder Matt Stockhill has signed for Reading City. Stockhill turned out for Reading City on 24 occasions during the 2019/2020 season.

Austin Best also signs on for City. Best is a very familiar figure at Scours Lane having played for Reading City and Highmoor Ibis previous to that.

Reading City have also announced the signing of Tyler D’Cruz, a forward who has spent time at Binfield in the past. D’Cruz played one time for City before the truncation of the season.

There is a brilliant story from the one and only Roger Herridge about how Tyler ended up playing for Binfield, it’s well worth a read on the Wokingham Paper website here.
