Ex-Slough Town forward Francis Amartey has made the move to Bracknell Town ahead of the 2025/26 season.
The exciting 25-year-old forward can play centrally or out on the wing and over three spells since 2019, made 71 appearances for the Rebels.
He has played for Aldershot Town in the Vanarama National League as well as Weymouth, and Ayr United in the Scottish Championship.
A brief social media statement on the signing said: “The 25 year old, pacey forward is a proven goalscorer and will add some serious fire power to our front line!”
Here we go! … A huge Robins welcome to @Francisamartey_ that joins us from Slough Town. The 25 year old, pacey forward is a proven goalscorer and will add some serious fire power to our front line!

Bracknell have also added Slough defender Jeanmal Prosper to their line up for the new season and he may well partner Ethan Kaiser who signed in the middle of May from Lewes.
29-year-old forward Alfie Pavey has checked in from Vanarama National League South Eastbourne Borough while Anthony Cheshire has been retained and Charlie Kennedy has been signed up from Southern League Premier Division South play-off winners AFC Totton.

The signings point to a side with plenty of experience at higher levels taking to the field at Bottom Meadow in 2025/26, and we could well be seeing bumper crowds with the Robins reporting over 1,000 people have taken up the free season ticket offer before the deadline which passed on Saturday – but has now been extended for a further seven days.
