Combined Counties League Division One side Eversley & California are back in pre season training and have confirmed the return of two key players for the 2019/20 season.

It was a bit of an anxious end to the season as the Boars battled to avoid finishing bottom of the table and potential relegation – although neither of the bottom two clubs, Cove and Fleet Spurs were relegated.

A week ago on the clubs twitter account, the Boars confirmed Connor Allston would remain at Fox Lane while on Tuesday night Ross McKernan was tied down for another season.

Allston played 16 times last season scoring 16 goals while McKernan played 13 times and scored eight goals, including one in the important 5-2 win over Cove in April.

Also returning is Ryan Whyte, Ali Dickie and Sam Knight.
