While clubs in the Premier League were frantically trying to tie up multi-million pound deals plenty of Hellenic League clubs have spent the past week registering extra players in order to supplement their playing staff.
Perhaps the most interesting transfer from a local point of view is Charlie Oakley’s move from Woodley United to Sandhurst Town. Both Binfield and Ascot United have strengthened their squads by bringing in a couple of players, while Bracknell Town have drafted in former Marlow and Didcot man Philip John.
