Luke Scope amongst names re-signing for Wokingham & Emmbrook

Luke and brother Charlie are returning to Lowther Road

Striker Luke Scope is one of six players to re-confirm their commitment to Uhlsport Hellenic League Division 1 East side Wokingham & Emmbrook.

The Sumas have confirmed the clubs record appearance maker and goalscorer is back at Lowther Road after a spell at Binfield last season – he made three appearances for Wokingham at the end of last season.

In addition, Luke’s brother Charlie is making the step up from the Thames Valley Premier League while Chris Robson, Darren Thorne, Tom Fraser and Jack Narroway have all committed to the Lowther Road club.

Wokingham boss Dan Bateman released a list of retained players that included captain Will Day and midfielder Sam Lawrence last week, and has sealed the signature of Steven Fairchild the former Henley Town and Reading Town goalkeeper.
