Winger Tom Mahoney is the latest addition to Kieran Jennings AFC Aldermaston squad at the Rec Soc after joining from Kintbury Rangers.

Mahoney makes the step up from North Berks League side Rangers and made his pre season debut in the weather disrupted friendly against Binfield Development on Tuesday.

Aldermaston have also confirmed the signing of central midfielder Jamie Gannon from Burghclere but Pete Wareing won’t be returning for 2017/18.

Wareing scored five times in 13 games for the Atom Men last season but won’t return, choosing instead to focus on his studies.
