Contract extension for Reading Women defender Becky Jane

Reading Women FC have announced defender Becky Jane has signed a contract extension until June 2019.

Jane joins team mate Lauren Bruton in signing one of the longest deals in the clubs history and was voted fans player of the season last season.

It has been a busy pre season so far for Royals boss Kelly Chambers who has signed Holland international Mandy van den Berg and tied a number of players down to longer contracts at the club.

On signing the new deal Becky Jane said “I’m delighted to have signed with the club until 2019, I have been here for 5 and a half years and I’m so proud of how far the club has come in such a short space of time”.
