Southern League Premier Division South Bracknell Town ended a run of seven games without a win on Saturday at Wimborne Town.
Jon Underwood’s side won 2-1 at Wimborne Town, scoring their first goals in three games with the win at the Dorset strugglers.
Seb Bowerman scored twice for the Robins on the road before Wimborne pulled one back to setup a tense final few minutes.
The win gives Bracknell hope of a play-off run although they have played one more game than the sides around them.
Fellow Berkshire side Hungerford Town meanwhile marked the presentation of the clubs centenary award by the Berks & Bucks County FA with a 1-0 win at home to Havant & Waterlooville. As well as the award, the Crusaders saw former striker Ryan Seager return to the club with the visitors while new signing Jordon Ibe came off the bench to replace Kyle Tooze on 72 minutes.
Delighted to visit @HungerfordTown today to formally present the club with their @FA Centenary Award. 🏆
