Bracknell Town survived a late rally by Westfield to secure a place in the Bostik League South Central Division One play offs on Tuesday night.
The Robins won 2-1 courtesy of first half goals from Liam Ferdinand and Adam Cornell with Westfield pulling one back in the second half.
The match was marked by a round of applause at kick off and sustained applause from the 43rd minute in memory of much loved former club secretary and Football in Bracknell co-founder Darrell Freeland who sadly passed away at the weekend.

In the other semi final on Tuesday night, it was Cheshunt who booked their own place in the final with a 2-1 win at home to Marlow.
Marlow led 1-0 at half time through Kameron English but Jason Hallett levelled on the hour and Brian Moses won it a few minutes later.
Bracknell Town and Cheshunt will face each other in the final with a place at step 3 on offer on Saturday 4th May at Larges Lane. Kick off 3pm.
