A 6-0 victory for Binfield’s youth team see’s them one step closer to the promotion to the Allied Counties Youth League Premier Division they so narrowly missed out on last season.

John Polston’s side scored six without reply to go six points clear of second placed Camberley Town with just one game to play.

Westfield are the only side that can catch the Moles and the two sides will coincidentally meet in Binfield’s final game of the season on Bank Holiday Monday 1st May.

Eddie Lee and George Armstrong both scored hat tricks for the Moles in the game with Armstrong’s first in the opening minute and completing it on 35 minutes.

The result puts John Polston’s side ahead of Camberley by six points and a win against Westfield in the final game would guarantee the title.
