Bracknell Town’s Haydon Vaughan is up for a Berkshire Football Award in the category of Young Player of the Season (Male).

One nomination for the award said: “Hayden has gone from strength to strength, firstly still being at the point of writing the top scorer for Sandhurst in the CC League to then making the transition to Bracknell Town earning rave reviews and a trial at an EFL club.”

Another added: “Haydon has stepped into the step 3 side from step 5. He has had trial for England schoolboys and made it to final selection. He has always kept a level head. He is respectful to everyone on the pitch and all supporters.”
