Mysterious Brewing is adding a unique touch to club bars and shops with branded beers hitting the shelves.
The Berkshire brewery has been busy creating a simple way for clubs to sell their own branded Pilsner beer across the bar or – just in time for Christmas – gift packs.
Football in Berkshire editor Tom Canning said: “As most of you know I enjoy a locally brewed beer – we even host our end of season awards in a Reading brewery – so I was delighted to be asked to work with Mysterious Brewing in coming up with a concept for grassroots clubs.
“As with most things FiB does, there’s no profit to us, it’s an interesting way, to me, for clubs to boost their branding, celebrate a moment and raise some club funds – all pulled together by what we’d probably call a grassroots brewery.
“Obviously it helps massively that the beer is really good as well!”
Co-owner Adam Sculthorp said: “We’ve only been open a year but we’ve had some really good feedback on the beers we’ve produced, this seemed a really good opportunity to support grassroots clubs in the area with something a little bit different.
“As our closest club we’ve mocked some up in Tadley kit, but choose your colours, add your badge and the best bit, naming the beer! It’s all up to you.”
