When the 2023/24 FA Cup First Round draw takes place

The 2023/24 FA Cup First Round Proper is just 90 minutes away with the FA Cup Fourth Qualifying Round matches taking place over the weekend.

There have already been five rounds of matches in this years competition with 100s of games played up and down the country.

This point though is where interest ramps up with national broadcasters taking interest in First Round ties.

Over the weekend Bracknell Town are on the BBC Red Button service for their tie against Dagenham & Redbridge while last season the Robins faced Ipswich Town in the First Round on ITV4.

Bracknell are joined in the Fourth Qualifying Round at the weekend by Vanarama National League Maidenhead United and Slough Town.

So when does the 2023/24 FA Cup First Round Proper draw take place?

As with the last round draw, the FA Cup First Round Proper draw has national interest. This is because the EFL League One and Two sides enter the competition including the likes of Portsmouth and Reading.

This years FA Cup First Qualifying Round draw will take place live in the UK on ITV1 from 2.30pm on Sunday 15th October 2023.

FA Cup First Round Proper ties will be held between Friday 3rd and Monday 6th November.
