Reading FC Women defender Bethan Roberts has been called up to the Wales squad for the Euro under-19 qualifiers in April.
The 18-year-old defender – who came through Reading’s Academy system – is one of a big group of Welsh internationals at Reading and has had a senior call up in March 2021 although she didn’t feature in the games against Canada and Denmark.
Roberts will be part of the 20-player squad that will face games against England on 6th April, Belgium on 9th April and Iceland on 12th April. The first two games are at St Georges Park, the third game at Loughborough University.
