Aaron Steadman appointed Chalfont St Peter boss

Ex-Ascot United and Bracknell Town coach is now boss at step 4 side

Former Maidenhead United Youth Team coach Aaron Steadman has moved in to senior management after being appointed boss of Isthmian League Chalfont St Peter.

Steadman, who has also coached at Ascot United and Bracknell Town, makes the step up from his Assistant Manager role at the Buckinghamshire side after Finlay Johnson stepped down a week ago.

Writing on social media following the announcement by the Pitching In Isthmian League South Central Division One side, Steadman said: “I’m really grateful for this opportunity.”

Steadman joined Chalfont in July 2020 as first team coach for what was ultimately a cancelled season. He joined Bracknell in the summer of 2019 from Ascot having previously been involved with the incredibly successful youth setup at Maidenhead United.

His first game in charge at second-bottom Chalfont is away to promotion-chasing Hanwell Town on Saturday 6th November.
