FA Cup fixtures: Ascot United and Windsor date changes

There have been updates to the dates for Ascot United and Windsor’s forthcoming 2021/22 Emirates FA Cup Extra Preliminary Round ties.

The Yellamen will host division rivals Holyport while Windsor had been due to travel to Uhlsport Hellenic League Tuffley Rovers but both clubs have announced date changes and for the Royalists, a change of venue.

Due to racing at Ascot, United will play on Friday 6th August with a 7:45 pm kick off while Windsor’s game has been switched to Stag Meadow on Sunday 8th August at 3 pm.

The Windsor website revealed that issues with the pitch at Tuffley’s ground means the club are unable to host the game.

Friday 6th August

• Ascot United vs Holyport (7:45 pm)

Saturday 7th August

• Easington Sports vs Wokingham & Emmbrook
• Reading City vs Hallen
• Tadley Calleva vs Baffins Milton Rovers
• Virginia Water vs Athletic Newham

Sunday 9th August

• Tuffley Rovers vs Windsor (now to be held at Windsor’s Stag Meadow ground – 3 pm)
