After a weekend of group matches it’s time for the quarter finals of the CONIFA World Cup with two matches to be played at Larges Lane on Tuesday, June 5.
The big game will see the 2016 runners up Panjab face fourth placed Padania at 3pm (buy tickets)in the upper bracket last eight, while at 6pm it will be Tuvalu vs United Koreans in Japan (buy tickets).
Padania will undoubtedly be the favourites for the 3pm fixture having not yet lost in the tournament while Panjab won their opening game 8-0 but then only picked up a point from the following two games.
