Following the weeks fixtures the Quarter Finals of the Reading Senior Cup are shaping up nicely after Binfield set themselves on course for a third consecutive final appearance at Madejski Stadium, but Highmoor-IBIS suffered a bit of a shock early exit.

Binfield were 2-1 winners over Holyport in the week with goals from Liam Ferdinand and Harrison Bayley, but Bayley’s former club Highmoor were knocked out by Thames Valley Premier League side Woodcote Stoke Row.

The result is a bit of a shock for the struggling Hellenic Premier Division side but in terms of momentum, Woodcote are on a five match winning run while IBIS have managed two draws and five defeats in their last seven games.

So with that in mind, here’s the quarter final draw as we understand it – please bear in mind that until fixtures appear on the FA full-time website these are speculative and based on the cup ladder in the ft system.

Reading Senior Cup Quarter Finals

  • Binfield vs Ascot United
  • Finchampstead vs Woodcote Stoke Row
  • Wokingham & Emmbrook vs Henley Town
  • Bracknell Town vs Mortimer

The draw as it stands see’s one all Hellenic Premier tie, while holders Henley Town remain in the mix along with two Thames Valley League sides.
