Combined Counties League Premier Division North side Virginia Water have appointed a new management team after Dan Bailey stepped down on Thursday.
The Waters have appointed Paul McCarthy as the clubs First Team manager with former Windsor & Eton and Bracknell Town full-back Ryan Parsons joining the coaching staff.
McCarthy was most recently Assistant Manager at Premier Division Ashford Town (Middlesex) and during a playing career featured for Bracknell Town and Uxbridge.
The club have moved quickly to replace Bailey who departed on Thursday – it is unclear yet whether the defender will remain at the as a player.

A club statement said: Virginia Water are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul McCarthy as First Team manager.
Paul joins the club with a wealth of experience, having previously managed Ashford Town and worked with Chertsey Town, and brings a strong track record of leadership and success within non-league football.
Joining Paul in the dugout will be Ryan Parsons, who will take on a coaching position. Ryan brings valuable experience from his time as a player with Slough Town, Maidenhead United and Bracknell Town.
We are also pleased to confirm that Dave Atkins will be staying on as Assistant Manager and Ben Warren will continue in a coaching role.
Everyone at Virginia Water extends a warm welcome to Paul and Ryan.
Virginia Water travel to Ardley United on Saturday afternoon in the Combined Counties League.
