He’s won an award for his efforts in promoting Wokingham & Emmbrook off the pitch, now Harry McBain’s support has taken another step.

Wokingham & Emmbrook’s social media man was spotted running the line for the Sumas on Saturday in the 1-1 draw with Broadfields United.

McBain took the flag when the assigned linesman pulled a leg muscle and couldn’t continue during the game.

A qualified referee who usually takes Youth matches, McBain won a Berkshire Football Award in the summer for his efforts with the clubs social media.
