Hellenic League Division Two East side Newbury are looking for another new home it would seem.

The West Berkshire side are enduring a nomadic existence following the departure from their historic Faraday Road ground in 2018, and currently ground share at Lambourn Sports, 12 miles North West of Newbury. They previously played at the Henwick Worth Sports Ground.

The club released a statement on Twitter asking for potential new landlords: “Currently next season we have no place to play from. Does anyone know anyone locally looking for a ground share or can help in any way?”

Currently Newbury lead the Hellenic League Division Two East table by nine points from Woodcote, having won all nine league games so far this season scoring 38 goals and conceding just two in the process.

Last time out they beat Watlington Town 6-0 at home and will host Didcot Town Development on Saturday.
