Bracknell Town’s FA Cup First Round Proper tie at home to Ipswich Town will be broadcast live on television on Monday 7th November 2022.
The Robins will play the Tractor Boys live on ITV4 at Bottom Meadow with a place in the Second Round, and one of the famous old competition’s greatest upsets, at stake.
Bracknell were drawn out of the hat live on BBC 2 on Monday evening in a draw completed by Dion Dublin and Alan Smith at Alvechurch’s ground.

The fixture is arguably higher profile than the previous time Bracknell played in the First Round Proper back in 2000, away to Lincoln City, by virtue of the fact Ipswich are former UEFA Cup and FA Cup winners.
Earlier on Tuesday, Bracknell Town chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse revealed the match would not be ‘switched or moved’ from Bottom Meadow. The club also revealed how supporters would be able to purchase tickets for the historic encounter.
