Bracknell Town chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse has issued an update after the clubs new reserve team were not allocated an expected place in the Combined Counties League Division One.

The league itself had been open to the Robins new side being placed in Division One alongside Sandhurst Town, Eversley & California and the new Channel Island side Jersey Bulls.

However when the league allocations came out on Sunday, Bracknell Town Reserves were not listed. It is understood that the Robins would also be unsuccessful in a bid to join the Uhlsport Hellenic League Division One East which is currently open to new teams.

Mr Steinborn-Busse said to Football in Bracknell that the club were looking to join either the Bostik League Reserve League or the Suburban League Premier Division if accepted.

Ross Weatherstone is the new teams manager, having been appointed as part of the managerial overhaul a fortnight ago.
