Larges Lane latest see’s fresh image from Bracknell Town FC redevelopment

The latest image posted to the Bracknell Town Football Club twitter page shows the new pitchside text and club crest being cut into the artificial pitch at Larges Lane.

With the pitch expected to be hired out and used throughout the week, it’s a smart reminder of the club to everyone using it and reminiscent of the crest sewn in to the artificial surface at Wellington College – as well as the big American sports grounds.

Posting the image on twitter, club chairman Kayne Steinborn-Busse said: “My favourite aspect of the re-development is this on the side of the pitch!”.

On Saturday, FiB was treated to a site tour at Larges Lane – we were very impressed by the amount of work that has been done on site – and the club have confirmed the ground will re-open in time for the visit of Thatcham Town on Saturday 19th November 2016.
