Ashleigh Artwell update as Bracknell Town prepare for Uxbridge

Uxbridge head to Larges Lane on Saturday

Bracknell Town manager Geoff Warner has confirmed that the Robins will almost be back to full strength for the visit of Uxbridge in the Bostik League South Central Division One on Saturday.

Speaking to Football in Bracknell on Friday morning, Warner said: “Aside from our two long term absentees in Mark Scott and Seb Bowerman we’re just about back to full strength.

“Joe Gater returns after his suspension and Joe Grant is also back for us.”

He added that midfielder Ashleigh Artwell was 50/50 after coming off against Bedfont Sports last weekend.

Speaking about his sides play off ambitions, Warner said he felt the Robins had had a good week of preparation. He said: “We got training in on Thursday night and we had a friendly game on Tuesday against the army side so we’ve been pretty fortunate weather wise.”

Warner said he felt the two recent draws were good points against good sides, especially the late leveller from Sean Moore on Saturday.

The Robins boss said though that with Uxbridge and Egham Town coming up: “If we’ve got ambitions of getting in the Bostik League play offs we’ve got to win these next two.”
