Across the summer of 2022 Football in Berkshire will do its best to keep up with the managerial changes across the non-league football pyramid in the county.
Woodley United – Jordan Blake
Having announced his departure from Marlow, Mark Bartley’s right-hand man Jordan Blake had been offered an opportunity to lead a mystery club next season, which it turns out was Woodley United!
Reading YMCA – Christian Bartlett
The Young Men made a change ahead of the 2022/23 season, announcing Christian Bartlett as manager and Lee Kitching as First Team Coach of the Thames Valley Premier League side.

YMCA’s return to the top TVPL division after voluntary demotion in 2018 saw the 2000s six times title winners finish 10th of 14.
Windsor FC – Mick Woodham
Following the departure of Mark Cooper and a reported attempt to buy the Royalists from owner Kevin Stott, crowd favourite Mick Woodham has returned to the Stag Meadow dugout after a spell in charge at Staines Town and work at Slough Town in the National League.
Holyport FC – Sam Lock

Derek Sweetman’s man with the little black book has returned to first-team management after assisting ‘Sweets’ and the Ports last day relegation dodge in the Combined Counties League Premier Division North.
Sam Lock was previously in charge at Bracknell Town but is most highly regarded for his work with Maidenhead United’s youth teams and you can certainly expect links to increase between the two sides over the next year.
Thatcham Town – Yashwa Romeo
At the back end of the 2021/22 season feared non-league striker Yashwa Romeo took over the reins at Isthmian League South Central Division One Thatcham Town from Jamie Leacock, leading the Kingfishers to safety at Step 4 for another season.
