Hellenic League clubs post good luck messages ahead of FA Vase Quarter Finals

Not only is it a big weekend for Berkshire with three sides in the FA Vase Quarter Finals, it’s a big weekend for the Uhlsport Hellenic Football League with three sides representing the Premier Division in the competition, and league rivals have been busy posting good luck messages on twitter.

The Quarter Finals as you’ll be well aware include a home tie for Bracknell Town against favourites Marske United, Thatcham Town head to Melksham Town and Windsor have a long away day to Stockton Town in the North East with each club guaranteed at least £8,000 in prize money for their run in the competition whether they are victorious or not on Saturday.

The last Hellenic League side to reach the semi finals was Highworth Town in the 2014/15 season, they were beaten over two legs by eventual winners North Shields.

Messages of support have been coming in from across the league with the likes of Royal Wootton Bassett, Highworth and fellow Berkshire clubs Ascot United and Binfield.
