Eversley & California launch new women’s team for 2025/26

There will be a welcome return of women’s football to the ESA next season as Eversley & California relaunch their women’s team.

The Boars relaunch their side after a year out – they were previously members of the Southern Region Women’s Football League Division One North where they finished 10th in 2024.

Winners of the Hampshire Intermediate Cup Final in 2021, Eversley have announced that former Slough Town Ladies boss Craig Gareppo will take charge alongside Adam Angus who has experience with Alton Ladies and Portsmouth Women u23s.

A statement release by the club said: “Calling all 16+ female footballers! Are you looking for regular women’s football in the local area, a positive environment to learn?

“Eversley & California FC Women’s Team is returning and looking for players. To book a trial date and get in touch, fill out the form here.

Trial dates are confirmed as Thursday 15th May, Sunday 25th May and Friday 13th June 2025 – all at Eversley Sports Association.
