Reading FC will head to Buckinghamshire in February to defend their Berks & Bucks County FA Cup title.

The Royals have been drawn away to Beaconsfield Town in the Quarter Finals as they look to make it back-to-back wins in the men’s competition.

Reading though also hold the Berks & Bucks County FA Senior Women’s title which they won last season after beating Chesham United in the Final. That trophy won’t be retained however after the Royals lost 3-0 to MK Dons in the semi-final, setting up a clash with Abingdon United.

Of course, the Reading side on show will be an age group side, but that is unlikely to deter a decent crowd from descending on Holloways Park for the fixture. In recent seasons crowds have reached four figures with regularity whenever the areas EFL sides have played in the competition against non-league opposition.

In Hampshire, Tadley Calleva – on the outskirts of Reading – have sold over 500 tickets for their rearranged Senior Cup tie with Premier League AFC Bournemouth in February.
