Pitching In Isthmian League South Central side Bracknell Town have confirmed a slight change to the date of their eagerly awaited tie with Marlow at Bottom Meadow.

The two sides had been due to meet on Monday 27th September, but the Robins have announced the match has been brought forward two days to Saturday 25th September with a 3 pm kick-off.

Marlow – managed by former Robin Mark Bartley – are third in the league having won all four games so far while Bracknell under Bobby Wilkinson top the table with five wins and a draw from six games and saw off second-placed Uxbridge 1-0 on Saturday.

That win came at a cost with Joe Grant stretchered off but former Maidenhead United forward Dave Tarpey scored his first league goal of the seasons and will undoubtedly now be keen to kick-on.
