Bracknell Town are top of the Uhlsport Hellenic Premier League going into 2017 after a terrific 6-0 thrashing of Highmoor-IBIS at Scours Lane on New Years Eve.
The Robins were on top from the off and TJ Bohane put the reds in front after 20 minutes.

Highmoor’s manager – well travelled ex-League player Marcus Richardson, joined the fray in the second half but departed shortly after with an injury after fouling Callum Whitty.

‘Normal service’ did resume with three more goals including a third for Bohane and one each for Whitty and Joe Grant.
Had to use every inch of our squad today but a perfect away performance. Happy new year to all involved with @bracknelltownfc 🍻🍾

Bracknell are top of the table at the turn of the year – ultimately meaningless with 12 games still to play – but a pleasant place to be for long suffering supporters who will now expect the side to go on and lift the title come May
Robins manager Mark Tallentire will be especially pleased with the result with a number of players missing from the line up – notably top scorer Adam Cornell.
