Luther Blissett, the former England, Watford and AC Milan striker started his professional career in 1975 breaking through to the Hornets first team.
During his near 20 year senior career, Blissett made 595 appearances for nine sides and scored 215 goals. There were no appearance figures for two of his clubs on Wikipedia – Fakenham Town and Wimborne Town.

The striker made a £1million move from Vicarage Road to AC Milan in 1983 but was sold back after 30 appearances for the Italian giants – he eventually had three spells with Watford culminating in a total 415 appearances for the Hertfordshire side and was part of the clubs rise from the fourth division to the first between 1975 and 1983.

Born in Jamaica, Blissett represented England and earned 14 senior caps scoring three goals between 1982 and 1984.
In the video above Blissett is captured scoring twice for Watford as they beat Arsenal 3-1 in the 6th Round of the 1987 FA Cup.
Blissett is currently heavily involved at Hellenic Premier League side Burnham.
