A sample of the nominations for Rosie read: She scored against the likes of Maidenhead Ladies and AFC Wimbledon Ladies who play two division higher then Woodley United Ladies. In the game that mattered the most; our last league game against Wargave. Rosie rose to the challenge and netted a hat trick in our 6-0 victory to secure the title.
‘Always a consistent player who never stops giving’
Another reads: Rosie is always a consistent player who never stops giving. This is truly shown by not only being top goalscorer for Woodley United Ladies but also for the league. You know when she has the ball at her feet 9 times out of 10 she is going to score. Well done Rose.
