At the end of the 2018/19 Bracknell Town captain Dave Hancock decided to depart the club along with a number of familiar faces, but now the defender has announced a reversal of that decision.
Posting on twitter, Hancock said: “Following a few weeks of time away and meeting with the new management, it’s been agreed that I will be staying Bracknell Town for the new season. Time to get back to work and get ready for pre-season.”

Hancock captained the side to promotion from the Hellenic League last season and a runners up spot in the Bostik League this season.
The news will be a boost to Bracknell fans who saw Joe Grant announce his departure on Monday night but will see Hancock join Seb Bowerman and Mark Scott I’m committing to another season at the club.
