Loveman United through to Berks & Bucks Junior Cup Quarter Final
Congratulations to Loveman United who won through to the Berks & Bucks Junior Cup quarter final by beating Swans by a resounding 6-1.

On the scoresheet for Loveman were Ryan Millward (2), Ed Jackson-Sankey, Ashley Carter, Ben Poynter and Sam Holloway. Unfortunately fellow Bracknell Town & District Sunday League team Bracknell Athletic bowed out of the competition going down 2-3 to Maidenhead Cosmos.

The quarter final draw has yet to be made but ties are due to be played on Sunday 27th January.

Bearwood Wanderers of Division 3 were made to work hard by Bracknell Cavaliers Reserves of Division 4 in their 2nd round tie in the Berks & Bucks Junior Trophy 2nd round tie. Scores finished 1-1 after extra time and Bearwood managed to squeeze home 5-4 on penalties.

Raglan went top of the Premier Division following their 5-3 win over Panthers.

Crowthorne Inn stay 2nd despite their 3-1 win against Golden Farmer Rangers, though are level on points with Raglan. FC Fernhill were displaced into 3rd place 3 points behind the leaders but have played two games less. The Division’s other game played saw Finchampstead Athletic maintain their own challenge for the title with a 5-2 win against Athletico Forest.

Finchampstead Athletic Reserves won the big game of the day in Division 1 by 5-1 away at Wokingham & Emmbrook TMW. The win moves Finch top and above W&E. Elsewhere Athletico Ascot and Panthers Reserves shared the points following their 3-3 draw.

Sandhurst FFC stretched their lead at the top of Division 2 to 3 points, and remain unbeaten in the League, with a resounding 5-0 win against Golden Farmer Rangers Reserves. Second placed Moore Close Manor could only manage a point from their home tie with Bracknell Corinthians that finished 2-2.

Second placed Bracknell Cavaliers closed the gap at the top of Division 3 behind leaders Bearwood Wanderers to 6 points following their 3-1 win at Finchampstead Athletic A. Running Horse maintained their own challenge with a 2-1 win at Bracknell Saint Germain.

Silver Birch caused an upset by beating Division 4 leaders Crownwood Dukes by 4-2. Despite this set-back Dukes remain clear at the top by 2 points and have played 2 games less than 2nd placed FC Harmanswater who beat Bracknell Athletic Reserves 2-1. Dukes have played 2 games less than Harmanswater.
