The first rain affected weekend of the Bracknell Town & District Sunday League season saw numerous fixtures called but three did survive in the Premier Division.
Champions FC Fernhill beat newcomers Athletico Forest 4-0 while FC Meta beat Panthers 3-1 and promoted Raglan made it two wins out of two, beating Finchampstead Athletic Sunday 3-1 at home.
Fernhill started the game without a recognised goalkeeper and only ten players – as well as having a man sent off in the opening 25 minutes but goals from Elliott Rushforth (2), Ben Knight and Ashley Welch got them over the line.
Only one game survived in Division 1 as Finchampstead Athletic Sunday Reserves beat Winkfield 6-1 and in Division 2 it was a stalemate as Sandhurst FFC drew 1-1 with Winnersh Rangers and Ashridge Park Sunday lost 4-1 to Silver Birch Dynamos.
In Division 4, Bracknell Cavaliers home tie with Hope & Anchor was abandoned.
Berks & Bucks County Cup
In the one all Bracknell County Cup first round tie Bracknell Royals beat FC Harmanswater 4-1 on penalties after a 3-3 draw in normal time.
Elsewhere Braybrooke Athletic advanced 7-1 while Running Horse won 5-4 on penalties and Bearwood Wanderers beat Slough United 1-0.
There were first round exits though for Crownwood Dukes who lost 7-2 to Shinfield Park United and AFC Crowthorne Old Boys went down 1-0 to Datchet Village.
