Binfield Reserves are out of the Suburban Football League Cup after a 3-1 defeat to Leatherhead at Hill Farm Lane on Saturday.

The damage was done in the first half despite Luke Hayden’s 28th minute goal – it was the visitors who led at the break and that’s how it stayed. Better news for Ascot United in the Central Division though, they beat Dunstable Town 5-1 at Ascot Racecourse thanks to goals from Josh Nice, David Panter, Reece Richardson, Aaron Ross and Sacha Ward.

It’s been a quiet start to 2018 but there are plenty of matches coming up in the next week!
