Luke Hayden winner for Binfield as Ascot United lose late again

It was another late late disappointment for Ascot United as they were beaten by an 89th minute Luke Hayden strike at Binfield in the Uhlsport Hellenic Football League on Tuesday night.

The local rivals were locked at 0-0 for much of game when youngster Hayden popped up with a late winner – his sixth in the league in his debut season.

Ascot continued to suffer late setbacks in matches with this culminating in their eighth league game without a win – but had a late goal of their own ruled out for offside.
