Mitch Noble is up for a Berkshire Football Award in the category of Volunteer of the Season – Junior Club.
The Bracknell Hibs volunteer and junior team manager is the first nomination for this new award in 2026.
The nomination we received for Mitch said: “Mitch Noble has been a rock for his team and his club Bracknell Hibs FC. During the pre season – one his under 13 players at the time, Othniel Adoma, unfortunately passed away after a minibus incident on the M4 carrying a group of young people to church.
“Mitch Noble supported the family raising a total of just over £9000 and also held a vigil at Birch Hill Recreation ground that had over 500 people attend, including the football team at the time. It was such a nice thing for all the team to be able to have their chance in saying bye to their team mate.”
