Isthmian League side face their biggest knockout match since the FA Vase Final at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday night when they travel to Billericay Town.
The Moles were beaten on the day at the national stadium and it’s not even an argument that the prize on offer if the Essex side are beaten is a smaller one – but as the saying goes in football, a final is a final.
The Velocity Trophy then is in its last four stage with Binfield and Billericay going head to head, with Hendon or Chatham Town awaiting in the Final.

It’s a mountain to climb for Binfield against the Premier Division leaders, but Andy Bullet’s side have already beaten two Step 3 sides on the way to the final and go into the game with forwards Tyler D’Cruz and Razhir Smith-Jones in goalscoring form following Saturday’s league win over Raynes Park Vale.
And for the winners, a trip to Aveley awaits on Wednesday 9th April.
