Ex-Hull City boss stands in the way of Slough Town’s 20-year FA Trophy Fifth Round drought

Slough Town are headed to Kidderminster Harriers in the Fourth Round of the Isuzu FA Trophy as they seek out a Fifth Round place for the first time in twenty years.

The Aggborough Stadium no doubt holds a special place in The Rebels, player-manager, Scott Davies, heart as he made his senior career debut for Aldershot Town (11 August 2007) there which also saw him score in a 2-1 for the Shots.

The pair regularly battled for points in the 90’s with fifteen meetings clocked between the pair throughout the decade before Slough were relegated from the Conference League in the 1997/98 season.

Both sides will be vying for a place in the next Round having suffered New Year’s Day defeats in the first league fixtures of 2025. Kidderminster falling foul to a 1-0 away loss to Rushall Olympic and Slough losing 5-1 away at Boreham Wood.

Kick-off is at 3:00pm.
