Holyport and Andy Forisky nominated for Berkshire Football Award

Andy Forisky is up for a Berkshire Football Award in the category of Best Community Campaign or Content.

The long-serving Holyport man has – along with a couple of other players – been giving back to the clubs community this season.

The nomination we received said: “Holyport started an U3 – U6s Saturday morning soccer school this season. This is provided FREE to the local community. Andy Forisky has taken on the mantle of running the sessions along with other coaches which they do completely off their own backs and get no payment for. A true community scheme to give back to the local kids as they sample football for the first time. Players Matthew Ensby and Alfie Pendlebury have also been stalwarts alongside Andy.”
